“Looking for a car I had visited a few showroom dealers , my 1st impression at Peter Vardy reception was relaxed ,personal and efficient ( I was a lady on her own). Introduced to Emily who listened to my requirements re.a car, she found the best car for me ,arranged a test drive etc.,etc., subsequently purchased the car ( delighted with it ) , not a new car but the attention I was given it could have been.
Collected the car the following day - valeted , new mats - super handover by Fiona and Emily- with coffee ,flowers and non alcoholic wine makes you feel your purchase matters.
