The car wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The steering wheel and dash still had stains which I removed myself.
No vauxhall mats included as was discussed on my first visit.
No manual or hand book found in the car and still waiting to hear if this could be collected.

“Dealt with Andy Jackson and he was very helpful. Disappointed that we had to come back to get mud flaps fitted which were paid for. Disappointed that a panel of the car still has a white mark running through it and still waiting for that to be fixed. Car going back to garage in few weeks to investigate rattle/ vibration ? passenger side under bonnet somewhere. Andy Jackson been very helpful in trying to resolve these issues.”
“My initial experience was not bad and I was delighted that you had the type of vehicle I was looking for.
I was not however offered a test drive of the vehicle which I would have liked.
Once I got the vehicle back I noticed a terrible noise with the driver side door. I booked this in to be repaired. I dropped my car off at the agreed time expecting it to be repaired only to wait for 2 hours and to be told that "the part to fix it was not available" and I would have to make another appointment the following week.
During this interim period I noticed that the the rear tyre on my car had completly deflated and as this was the 2nd time it had happened in a fortnight I thought it may be an issue with the wheel. When I took it back to have the door repaired I asked if this could also be looked at too. After waiting another 2 hours I was pleased the door had finally been fixed but dissapointed that "there had not been time to look at the rear tyre" so I would have to make another appointment to have this checked out.
I dropped my car off this morning and was told to expect to wait around 3 hours to have this problem looked at! Currently waiting to recieve a call letting me know if it has been fixed or not.
All in all the follow up service to this purchase has been awful and I have had to waste a lot of my own time on having issues sorted which really should have been fixed when I was sold the car or very shortly after. To have to make 3 trips to the garage in 4 weeks, with lengthy waits each time, really is not acceptable and makes me doubt the quality of the product you sell and the sincerity with which you claim to value your customers.

“I have had poor customer service from the team at Aberdeen Vauxhal almost as soon as I said would buy the used car, Mazda 3. Firstly there were a number of defects on the bodywork and glass that I was assured would be "Fixed". The alloy wheels were in need of refurbishment, but I didn't mention them even though I knew they needed attention. All of the work was to be done and the car ready for collection on 30/03/2016. I Arrived and the car had not had any work done. I was assured that the work would be done but it was "month end" and they were busy. Fine, tell me that and don't promise something that will not be delivered. I returned on the Thursday to collect the car and the wheels had been done to perfection but the bodywork issues had not been looked at siting "month end". I spoke to one of the body worker and he explained what would be done and I accepted that and purchased the car. I have since noticed that the car mats are missing and I have been in contact with the salesman to find out if they are still at the garage. He said he would check and get back to me but has not despite me leaving messages for him. The salesman Ryan Fitzpatrick is a pleasant chap with a good one on one rapport with me but his follow up service has been very disappointing. I am now concerned that when I drop the car off on Saturday this week to get the bodywork done that the service will not be to the required standards. I still wait for a response about the car mats and have since ordered new ones at cost of £41.94 to myself. I was assured at the outset that this would be a different experience from any other car I have bought as they would not give me the hard sell. I accept that there was much less pressure to buy and that salesmen will inevitably try to sell, but the trick to great customer experience and repeat shoppers is ensuring that the experience is as painless as possible. On this occasion the experience is continuing to fall below my expectation. Please sort this out. Thanks.”
“My review is based around the presentation of the car. The valet that the car was given was not very thorough and left me feeling less than satisfied. I have been offered a free collection and valet for next month but that did little to alleviate my feelings at the time. This was a major step up in quality of vehicle for me and frankly I expected more. My previous purchases from VW and BMW were better presented and left me with a pleasant feeling. Your next test will be the next valet .”
