He listened to my circumstances, then told me the various options available to me, explaining to me the pro's and cons of each. Once I decided on my vehicle, he then introduced to me to other staff that would be assisting me once the everything had gone through, as he was going on leave the next day. On the day I collected my vehicle, I received a call from Darryn (who was still on leave) thanking for purchasing a vehicle from Peter Vardy, asking if I was happy with the service and if everything had gone ok with the purchase and wishing me all the best with my vehicle
Beside the experience in dealing with Darryn, overall I was happy and impressed with the purchases experience, found all the staff to be pleasant, friendly and helpful. “Would have been 5 stars but car had not been valeted as promised (car was dirty and dusty inside, alloys dirty and areas around windows and boot outside dirty) car wasnt supplied with car mats even though there were mats when we first viewed car. There is a scratch on one of the alloys that was supposed to be looked at.
Also havnt been contacted since we bought the car.”
