Bought my first car from Darren in Motherwell could not fault his sales skills as I had to travel 3 hours to the car store he phoned emailed and sent me videos kept me up to date. I then got passed to laura for after sales, everything went wrong from there. Laura was rude not returning my calls till days later not keeping me up to date by waiting until the day before to tell me it went to the wrong branch. Then she told me that she can not find out when it will be at there branch I also told her I needed the car by Wednesday at the very lasted on the Tuesday I phone to find out if the car was going to be ready and she said she would phone her head office to find out straight away as I had to arange plans to head down to the branch. 3 hours later and me levering multiple messages she got back to me and said the car would not be ready until the Thursday. I then asked her to cancel the sale and return my deposit as I could no longer pick up. Her reply was "you want to cancel well a manager has to refund you deposit" and hung up the phone so I contacted the branch back and got transferd to there head office who then put me in contact with the manager who sorted the car sale. Darren then phoned me the next day asking what happen and sorted all the car out to collect that day and put me in contact with kelly to do the handover with well I couldn't of asked for a better hand over with kelly she made it so easy to sort out the paper work and Darren came to apologise agin and put in a free tank of petrol over all I would recommend to anyone Darren and kelly would not recommend laura at all. I don't think she has customer service skill my friend herd the way she was on the phone and he is to renew his car with yourself next year, he said he won't if he has to deal with laura.

Absolutely Appalling service from the first time I stepped in the door. I have emailed a complaint to which I have had no response. Will never be back.

My car was delivered a week before was ment to be I couldn't of been kept more informed they were in the phone ever time there was any up date first class definitely recommend x

The sales guy Ryan that dealt with my car was excellent and would highly recommend him to others. He's probably the best sales man I have felt with ever!

Positives; Pleasant enough experience with the Salesman and Sales Manager. Very happy with our new vehicle. Eventually got the deal I was looking for. Negatives Had to negotiate hard to get the best deal despite being a repeat customer. Deal advertised was free gift of ipad or iwatch. Salesman didn't respond to request for either. Valet on the inside of the car wasn't up to standard expected. i.e. inner door sills were very dusty, mucky. Looked like it had been rushed during a busy period. Promised supagard treatment inside and out as part of the deal. Not 100% sure it was carried out. No proof of certificate provided.

Bought my car last week from Peter vardy in Kirkcaldy Fife. I would just like to say a huge massive thank you to David Ivision who sold me the car if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have my dream car the amount off effort and determination David put in to get me this car was incredible. He was so friendly and took the time to go through everything with me to make me fully aware of everything. He also even managed to get me the car 3 days before I was due to pick it up.. David also contacted me a few days after I picked the car up to make sure everything was going ok. My overall experience has been great I am one happy customer, one more massive thanks to David :)

I would like to thank Mark Howie for all his help in finding me my new car , he made the whole experience flow and was very friendly and courteous towards both me and my family. he also helped me when I asked how to put on my own number plate and has told me to call him as soon as the paper work comes through for the change to happen. overall I think he is a credit to your company and once again would like to thank him.

The Peter Vardy staff were all very attentive and looked after us well. Everything was explained very clearly and delivered exactly as we had been informed. I would definitely recommend Peter Vardy.

There were a few issues with the car not being ready for collection however the staff did their best to rectify the situation. Found all the staff friendly and helpful.

Mileage as part of PCP plan wasn't made clear, very low compared to what actual usage will be meaning I will be left with a large payment at the end of deal. Handover of car was disappointing, no real effort made, no car mats, inside the car was dusty with some marks and finger prints.
