The staff were attentive and kept us furnished with coffee. Overall, we were given a thoroughly comprehensive idea of what we wanted, and there was no pushy salesmanship. We got the impression that the staff liked working in the branch and there was a buzz about the place. When we came to collect the vehicle Anne was presented with flowers! The changeover was efficient and a staff member took his time to explain the controls before we took the car away. Good experience overall.”
