“one comment I think is relevant is, once I saw the car I bought, it was marked up at £3,200.00, BUT, once we went threw the paper-work, it ended costing me £3,866.75. I also disagree with you making me pay 6 months road tax, as I am disabled and I don't pay rad-tax, now I have to wait until D.V.L,.A. DECIDE TO REPAY ME. that is my disagreement over now, as far as David Ivison is concerned, he has a lot of patience with idiots like me, and I respect David. he has looked after me every time I have bought a car from you. and no question, I will be back for another car. thank you.”

“I met with very welcoming polite courteous and professional people After the sale was very happy with the deal struck Did not feel that I had been channelled down a road that I was not happy with (which I have felt with other car sales groups)”
“The handover process itself was excellent . However there was an issue on handover of 3 scratches and very minor indentations which had been poorly touched up. Paul phoned his manager and got authorization for me to take the van away and organise to have this done at my local paintshop as I live 2 .5 hours from your depot. This is scheduled for this Friday 6th May, Justin Fotheringham has authorised the quote for this to be completed . I realise accidents and scratches happen but slightly disappointed this was not noticed or pointed out prior to collection as it is now an inconvenience for me to have to deal with which timewise I could do without.”
“Met a lovely man called Scott Clark at Peter Vardy Aberdeen, he helped me to get my brand new 16 plate Corsa. Scott was very helpful and informed me of all the in's and outs of the purchase. I actually felt like a "pest" to him cause he stayed back late a couple of nights in order to sort me out!!
Now T-Bag is on the road and I am a happy, satisfied girl :-)

“This was my first car purchase(nissan note 1.6). I was in hurry to buy the car and peter vardy was the only store that was opened that Sunday.
Pros:-
a) Store was excellent and didn't feel like used cars dealer store.
b) Free coffee
Cons:-
a) Pushy salesman and poor knowledge of car. He told us this nissan note doesn't come with bluetooth and owner of this car had installed bluetooth in this car from his own pocket. This was definitely false since I found out later that this nissan notes come with bluetooth
b) Overpriced car/hidden charges:- Paid 100£ for the admin fees/paper work which was never told before.
c) Horrible after sales service:- I bought the car on 28th April'16 and found that bluetooth was not working, central door locking system wasn't working and the car squeaks. After sales service gave me 3 weeks later date appointment.
So not impressed at all with PeterVardy. I would suggest to go for other local car dealers who give reasonably priced cars and give far more better after sales service.”
