“Phoned to view a car,no call back. Phoned again and was told to come and see it. Travelled from Dundee to Perth to be told the car was not there and had been sold. Not happy. Told "manager" would call within 48 hours. One week later I got a call, just after I had filled out a survey! Really not happy. Terrible service.”
