I needed a van quickly, due to unforeseen circumstances, the salesman Raymond Young understood my plight right away. I made my enquiry on Friday 22/01/2016 and he told me I could have it on Monday 25/01/2016, which was excellent. The efficiency of the salesman was first class, and I'am delighted with my new vehicle.

From the moment I walked onto the forecourt to the time I picked up my car I could not fault the attention and service I got from every member of staff and when I got the flowers when I picked up the car was such a special touch so I would just like to thank every one that I spoke to and looked after me

I received a fantastic service and am extremely happy with my car. I did have a few minor issues on receiving the car which are being addressed. Jason Craig was our salesman and he was extremely helpful and based on our experience with him I would recommend Peter Vardy. We did not have a good experience previously when buying a car and was not looking forward to the experience of choosing another car but am glad we came to Peter Vardy.

The Service was great. I recieved all the help i needed and all the questions i asked were answered. The only problem i encountered was when i was collecting the car, we had to wait for around half an hour before we could leave and even then there was a small problem with the car - the fuse for the fans had blown. Other than that, i was very happy with the support and service i recieved

Your salesman Michael Rennie was fabulous he quickly established my requirments and expectations in a car and the hunt was on !! I found Michael to be very efficient and very honest .. qualities that I hope remain with him .. his knowledge of Land Rover was very impressive . He certainly took the hassle of buying out of the equation and we believe we got a good deal ... my husband is not the easiest to appease .. and he absolutely agrees Michael is a very very pleasant young man ... I will be back to see the cheery Michael for sure and would definately recommend him to anyone who was considering Land Rover ..

In 09/30/2015 I bought a car registration number SB61UPN in Edinburgh. Customer service leaves much to be desired why? One example : ,, I have been an appointment, to buy a car at 7 pm, but the seller does not have time for me until 7.45 pm. Car dealership was closed at 8 pm, so filling out paperwork and handing the keys has been done in haste. Because outside began the dark I could not exactly see the car. For my question about the condition of the car I was assured that everything is ok and if something goes wrong they will all repairs. The next day I turned out that the rear right headlight is cracked. So I called to seller notify him about it. I have got the answer that lamp is out off stock and must be ordered. Today is already 3 months and I have not got a reliable answer when it be enumerates. In addition, the documents which I received from DVLA contains an error in my name and surname. I guess is the seller in a hurry wrong I typed in my personal information.I already tried to call the service without effect. I was thinking that buying a car for 6,000 pounds , I'll be duly respected because In the future I may be a potential customer who can bay a new car. I'm sorry for the mistakes I am still learning English. Yours faithfully Radoslaw Jurczyszak

Aberdeen Landrover provided a first class sales and after sales service.. Chris the sales consultant could not have been more helpful.. he delivered my Evoke to me on Christmas Eve, helped with my cherished number transfer and has been very responsive to all my e.mails. I will definitely consider them as and when I upgrade my vehicle. I love my new Evoke. Thank you

First of all this is the first time ever I have felt the need to review something as the service was that bad. From Start to Finish buying my vehicle with Peter Vardy Aberdeen was a disaster. First off all I placed the order and was told my Vehicle would be 3 weeks. on the 21st of the month. 20th came and called them and told it would be next week, this went on for a further 4 weeks. First I was told the Vehicle was on its way to the UK and then I was told that it was held up a customs. On speaking to Another Peter Vardy department I was told this was rubbish as it was manufactured in the UK and I was being fed a lie. Finally got the Vehicle 2months late. Cant really fault the Van but the sales care and after sales experience is the worst I have encountered buying. Would definitely not deal with Peter Vardy Aberdeen again.

I was quite happy when I bought my car, but the salesman forgot to put the mats that I have paid for in my car and as it was dark when I picked it up I didn`t notice so that meant I had to go back to the salesroom and collect them, Then I realised I didn`t get any tyre caps so rather than going back again I just went to halfords which is close to me and bought them myself. A week after I bought the car I then received a letter which I had to collect from the post office as it had to be signed for and I wasn`t in when then postman came, in the envelope there was 2 documents 1 which was highlighted at a signature and a date which I presume I have to sign then post back to them but there was no complimentary slip or anything in the envelope with these documents, so now I will have to phone peter vardy and ask them about these documents. So I have done a lot of running about sorting things which I shouldn`t have to do after spending £9,000 in cash. So not vewry happy with the after care.

our salesman young keith amstrong was excellent , good product knowledge and with a very kind and hepfull manner and cheeky smile am sure he has a future within the motor car industry. after service / contact a disgrace - never use this co again

The selling point for me was the knowledge and help from Chris MacDonald of the sales team. Lovely showroom, coffee and never felt so at ease and relaxed when buying a new motor. Hopefully this service will go beyond sales
