Our salesman, John, took the time to come out and speak to us even though they were already closed on our first visit, we were just looking at cars outside. That led to an appointment booked the next day where we decided to buy our car.
The service received has been excellent, all the way from the greeting when you walk through the door, the refreshments, the waiting area and the whole approach of the team.
There were a few things we hoped to have fixed before collecting the car and most of these were sorted out, new tyres all round for example.
