“I started using this app about 4 weeks before the corona virus lockdown, I’ve had to self isolate for an operation which in its self is bad enough, then u have these clowns who are incapable of doing what they promise, you get emails saying it’s on it’s way, then another saying waiting for approval etc, on most prescriptions I’ve had issues. The most frustrating one was i wrote a detailed email at night when I could think straight and not in as much pain.
Two days later I got a reply saying “Due to the corona virus they are very busy and will be deleting any emails sent OUT of office working hours. I’m still waiting for medicine. My wife just managed to get a prescription off the Doctor who said there having nothing but issues with them, my advice if the meds are very important which normally they are use a different method. They’ve not even replied to my last email wrote IN office working hours. That in it self shows how they think of there customers and ultimately there health. Stay Clear, Protect Yourself, Save Your Money #charlatans”

“What a joke, Ordered on 15/4/20, finally got my meds on the 4 /5/20. 3 phone calls made, promises made by Pharmacy 2 u were not delivered, I had to get emergency scrip from my doctor. I order meds for my elderly parents this is now the 3rd time we have hade a serious issue with this company time for getting meds from local chemist where I can talk to people face to face.”
“Nightmare, do not use. Opened an account, ordered my meds in January, guess what? Didn’t receive any meds, no notification that meds weren’t coming absolutely nothing. Had to make appt with doc to get immediate prescription, he said lots of other patients had problems too. AVOID.”

“I ordered a repeat prescription from my GP on 7 April. P2U received it on 9 April. As of 30 April I had still not received it. They closed down their email server so that you cannot contact them.
I wanted to like them but their system is not fit for use. Never again.”

“Very poor and unreliable. Falsely claimed that my GP had not approved repeat prescription. Claimed to have sent out prescription that never arrived. Excessive length of time to prepare and ship prescription. They appear to be unable to cope with the workload they have signed up to. Do not use them!”
“I put a script for 8 items on 13.4.20, 12 days later status still says order being prepared. When I finally managed to speak to someone on the phone after getting cut off many times, they admitted meds out of stock. No dates for expected delivery.
When asked to return my script to the nhs spine so someone else could fill it, they only returned 3 of my 8 monthly items.
I am in 12 week shielding as in highest risk group.
Emails get returned/bounced back saying we are closed try again tomorrow. Whole service shocking, should be reported.”
