Taking to long to get Meds through, Poss "Royal Mail" Meds lost in post Urgent Meds, email from Pharmacy 2U Requests for some Meds passed to 3rd Party,5 to 7 day wait, then delay with postage. Sorry just not good enough.

This is the second time my prescription has been rejected. I complained to my surgery the first time and they said it had not been rejected; it’s pharmacy 2U - they are notoriously unreliable. It’s essential medication they’re withholding.

At first everything thing seemed ok but over the last couple of months medication I’ve ordered have not been in stock or my order is slow at coming out getting a bit fed up with it now and what’s worse I only seem to know that my meds are delayed because I check my order status not been getting emails to warn me hence sometimes get to low on my meds and have to phone them up to get emergency number so I can get prescription from local chemist

My medication hasn't arrived yet supposed to be able to track ,thats not happening as royal mail saying wrong tracking number , I'm just pleased I've deactivated my very short time account with them, sorry to say I wouldn't recommend them.

1st few months were fine but now all orders take so long, waiting for one placed 15days ago and one 10days ago at the moment, haven't email me back after contacting them, Live chat just as bad.

I have been using them for a few months now. Nearly cancelled account on second order as there was a mistake and I was left with no meds but thought I would give it another go. I had an email today to advise they have received my order. I didnt place an order but a charge of £18 has gone through for random medication that isnt mine! Cancelling now 🙁

One year ago I joined p2u but stayed with my previous pharmacy in the end. P2u were helpful and efficient. Now, when I finally changed, they have taken about two weeks to send my meds. Am changing back to previous dispenser. Robin

I have used pharmacy2u since 2009 apart from a break of about a year when initially my new GP did not offer electronic prescribing. I used to highly recommend the service but over the last year have become progressively so disappointed with their service that I am now leaving with many regrets. My concerns; 1. increasing lead times from order to delivery. (Used to be 3-4 days, now more commonly 8-10 days yet my GP doesn't like to release my monthly repeat prescription more than a week before my meds are due.) I keep running out! 2. Virtually impossible to get through on phone lines. Regularly on hold over 20 minutes. 3. Apparent problems with items being out of stock. Status of my order says " dispensing" for several days with no communication from Pharmacy2U. When I do (eventually!) get through to query why, I'm told there is a problem with one item. Why they can't dispense the rest of the order is one issue, why they don't communicate the problem is a second. Every time this has happened, my local pharmacy has sourced the missing item for me within 24 hours but I have had the stress and inconvenience of having to resolve the problem myself 4. Failure to notify me that prescription review by GP is needed before meds can be dispensed. As you don't physically see your prescriotion, you need this reminder to avoid dispensing delays. App is easy to use. When everything works, it's fabulous having meds drop through your letterbox but stock management and customer service issues means I'm running out of meds which could put my health and wellbeing at risk. What a shame.

I have now had 5 orders from Pharmacy2U and all of them required me to phone them to sort out issues. The trouble is they are expanding rapidly after a national ad campaign and don't have the staff to cope. I have a regular monthly repeat prescription. I like to plan ahead - so order a few days ahead. (I also have a back up prescription of lower dose tablets in case of stock issues). Each time I have ordered the order is either rejected because of out of stock (yet P2U don't have flexibility to substitute the other dose that is in stock), OR they change the order and quantity blaming the GP. This ends up with an endless cycle of re-ordering weekly rather than monthly, and the risk of me running out. I brief the GP, I brief P2U but there is a disconnect and the order changes - every time. So if the next order fails I will revert to driving to the pharmacy.

Terrible service! Impossible to contact customer service I don’t reply to emails wouldn’t bother to read them properly when they finally doing lie; customer service number always busy when you get through lengthy wait in the cut you off. Safe place delivery instructions ignored by Royal mail. Continuous reminders to order prescription when they just delivered prescription and it’s not due for another six weeks. Used to be so good. Must have outgrown their ability to service the public

On-line links never work, for months now it just says "site maintenance " or "no connection ". Have tried uninstalling then re-installation, still no joy. The only way I can get through is to phone, which defeats the object of an on-line site. Very frustrating, will probably leave and go elsewhere.

They failed to deliver all my tablets they told me they were out of stock up to now no replacement my go won't give them to me because this company should of sorted which they failed to do

Terrible service. Ordered medication and 10 days later, status was still 'dispensing medication'. Phoned customer care person who, politely, explained there was a problem in the warehouse. Why was I not informed of any problem ?? As I was running out and was due to go abroad on business, I was then given a code to go and pick up my medication from a local pharmacy which seems to defeat the whole purpose of Pharmacy2U. On this service, I would give 1 star but I have given 2 due to the politeness and helpfulness of the 2 people I spoke to in Customer Services. My previous order, I received and paid for 2 lots when I only requested 1. Im going to give them one more chance to get it right. If I have any other problem with them I will reluctantly have to go back to going to the local pharmacy.

Have deregistered with this company after a series of problems dating back to November 2017.They have proved unreliable-don't respond to emails and take ages to answer phone-always a queue regardless of when you call.My GP sent prescription in December which pharmacy 2u somehow lost resulting in me having to obtain another written prescription(with great difficulty-) my advice is don't use this firm.
