"Order delayed and arrived with ice packs defrosted, reorder discount code wouldn\u2019t apply. Did complain and no offer to honour the discount code for my second order - very poor customer service and much more expensive than the alternative company i moved to. \r\n\r\nThe customer service expect you to pay in full then call and try and get a refund if it doesn\u2019t do the discount, or they suggest you call and ask them to speak to their IT. A company owned by Lloyds should be well equipped enough to offer an instant discount to honour the agreement with a simple over the phone conversation."

"I have Epilepsy and they get my medication to me on time and I get frequent reminders to my phone and email, and suffering from ADHD this is just what I need. I don't know about the other reviewers but I have only had good experiances with this company and as an honest user who gets their prescriptions from the NHS they are on the ball when it comes to me anyway."

"They have had my prescription for 11 days and have still not dispensed it, no update to say they are out of stock or anything. I have now been without meds for 5 days. If they are unable to dispense they should return the EPS. See enclosed pic for proof of date! I will be reporting them to the relevant bodies and have cancelled them as my nominated pharmacy."
