I would suggest sticking with your local pharmacy, this company have no respect for their customers, I would give them 2 out of 10. They show scant regard if an item is out of stock, you have to chase it up if it is and their response to emails I found to be totally bizarre.

This service (if you can call it that) is absolutely diabolical. I have run out of medication, it's going to take another week to arrive and when (after an extremely long wait) I got through to customer services they told me repeatedly this was my fault as apparently I can't count to 10 and they need 10 working days to process a request. Of course I knew that and had planned accordingly but they didn't want to hear that. The advisor continually talked over me, didn't listen to my problem and didn't resolve my issue. When I said to close my account she refused to do that also. The moment my prescription arrives I will be closing my account.

I signed up with P2U to avoid travelling to my pharmacy during covid. Had a bacterial infection and as many have stated here medicines did not arrive on time so had to buy it elsewhere. I wanted to return the medication and visited their website to see return policy which said unopened and unused medicines can be returned to the address on return label. I opened the outer covering to look for return label but couldn’t find any. Contacted customer service only to be told that once outer packaging is opened it cannot be returned. They don’t mention that anywhere on the package or website but customer service claims that it is written on the package. I guess they earn millions of pounds just by delaying the parcel then not allowing return. Anyway cancelled my account with them never am I going to give them my money.

Great customer service, if you follow their advice and order your medication 14 days in advance they do all the work. Delivered to my door with no hassle and completely free.

Both my wife and I have been using P2U for well over a year as have our parents. Never had problems ordering or receiving meds and ordered in good time so never got close to running out. One recent occasion of out of stock meds but they sent an electronic code which we redeemed at a local chemist two days later.

It has taken this company 3-weeks to deliver my prescription which is unacceptable truly appalling service. When items are out of stock then this item is cancelled on your prescription so you cannot get it anywhere else. Customer services a. complete waste of time avoid like the plague.

After signing up I discovered that their system for ordering repeat prescriptions wouldn't be suitable for me. They're probably ok as long as you don't have complicated prescription needs and you aren't worried about royal mail delays at busy times. However, why they get a low score is that they've been bombarding me with emails and texts and don't comply with having an unsubscibe option. Not something I associate with a trustworthy company.

Brilliant service. My wife and I are very satisfied. Have received everything we asked for, and delivered promptly. Cannot understand the poor reviews on this website. Would recommend to anyone. Well done. February 2021.

Cannot fault them, way more reliable than my local chemist who kept on outsourcing work as they could not cope with the demand, taking over a week to get your medication. Pharmacy2u have never failed to deliver and the only issue was when the Doctors chose not to release my prescription to the pharmacy. Their argument was that we should support the massive local chain pharmacy instead :)

Appalling service, medicine lost, couldn't care less attitude when calling to chase, now having to ask my surgery to re-prescribe. I only used this company to avoid face to face contact when getting my medicine and it has caused me nothing but stress and frustration DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I’m not impressed at all. I ordered my medication 18 days ago and it still isn’t here yet. I’m an asthmatic and I suffer severely! It’s still not here yet. It’s been sent out for delivery but I wouldn’t have known there was a stock shortage had I not chased them on it. This is not the first time this has happened either. So now I have to go without my inhalers for a couple of days now and I get anxious without my medications!

This is the second time that they have no stock of Tramadol which I wouldn’t have known had I not chased it. They also had my Naproxen on the same prescription but didn’t bother sending those either! The reason I use Pharmacy2U is so that I don’t have to visit anywhere, the medication is supposed to come to me. I have now run out of Naproxen and only have a few days supply of Tramadol so I have had to ring my GP for another prescription and go and collect it from elsewhere. Why would a Company the size of Pharmacy2U run out of such an important drug as Tramadol? Three items of my husband’s have also not turned up and when we chased it we just got told we would have to wait 10 working days. It is obvious that it has gone astray so how long has he got to go without his medication? Really not good enough.

Signed up to P2U, during first lockdown they were spot on with delivery times, although they contacted my GP surgery who then insisted that I had to order less insulin more frequently. Over a decade has gone by using local chemist's who have had great customer relations skills and stayed by my side throughout all problems including checking additional meds for comparability with insulin. I only switched to P2U as was a higher risk, now every time I order my insulin it's taking them so long I've run out on several occasions, I have to contact them each time and I've been diagnosed since 2yrs old in 1989. Appalling customer service who constantly blame the royal mail, they dismiss any help and simply offer a code to call a chemist with should they deem it an emergency, they even lie, suggesting an order should be placed weeks in advance when their website says it's services are running as normal. A normal chemist dealing with a repeat only needs 2-3 days once approved by a gp? Why do they need to have their "Pharmacy Team" need weeks? Poor service, they don't care, irrespective of conditions, life threatening service. No stars if I could rate lower
