“I don’t think people realise how much of a learning curve there is when transitioning into the pharmaceutical industry. I certainly didn’t. There were weeks where I felt overwhelmed and wondered whether everyone else understood more than I did. What kept me going was the support from the experts and the additional masterclasses. Katie’s sessions became something I looked forward to because she’d revisit topics from a different angle until they finally made sense. I also appreciated that no one expected perfection. They expected progress. Looking back now, I’m proud that I stuck with it because I can honestly see how much I’ve developed, both technically and professionally. So if you’re not sure, this is your sign to go for it.”

“One thing I really appreciated was that the support didn’t stop with the main regulatory medical writing programme. I struggled with formatting at first, so Khadija and Katie’s masterclasses were a lifesaver. She has a way of breaking things down that just makes everything click. Those extra sessions made a huge difference to my confidence.The drill scenario masterclasses were honestly one of the highlights for me. They helped connect the dots on processes in industry. Katie is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and she explains things in a way that’s easy to understand without making you feel silly for asking questions. I came away feeling much more confident tackling assignments.”

“The practical experience was what sold it for me. It’s one thing learning theory, but actually applying it is something completely different. The experts were patient, knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. I left feeling much more prepared for the pharmaceutical industry and excited for the next phase.”

“I was quite sceptical before enrolling because there are so many training providers making big promises. Thankfully, my experience has been the opposite. The programme was well structured, the expectations were clear, and the support throughout my journey exceeded what I expected. I’m halfway through PV program and so far so good been very positive especially the practical training in the database we use.”

“Balancing work, family and studying wasn’t easy, but the flexibility and understanding from the team made a huge difference. I never felt like I was on my own, and that encouragement kept me going when things became overwhelming. Just want to give credit to Sandhyaa, she is so nurturing, encouraging and knowledgable and always lifted my spirits after our 1-1 calls. Highly recommend PharmaLink academy and their team”

“I just completed the medical writing programme and can honestly say the experts were highly supportive. This is not a quick fix programme and you must put in your own efforts and be accountable but the experts are always there to support and encourage you. I had troubles as I’m dyslexic but my student alumni delegate regularly checked in and helped me so I never felt abandoned or lost. Anyone unsure should seriously consider PharmaLink.”

“So I joined Pharmalink Academy as a biomedical science graduate working as an MLA in the NHS. I've been applying for pharmaceutical jobs for about a year with very little success and honestly thought that just wasn't for me. So far the practical experience and projects in Pharmalink have challenged me more than I expected, but I really do appreciate that effort that the experts have clearly poured into the program. Looking back my initial feedback from my projects seemed like a lot but I can see how it's helped me improve and I'm currently interviewing for PV roles. I haven't secured a role yet but I'm confident I will soon.”
