“Bought a raised toilet seat. Delivery etc was good. The instructions etc were less than good, difficult to read. The seat was designed for a traditional toilet with 2 bolts to fix at back. Our toilet had 2 holes into which the bolts did not fit. The instructions for adjusting the height of the seat were not included but we figured it out. Overall good but could do better.”

“Needed some mobility supplies but couldn't get to shop so ordered online. The service was very good quick and efficient. The only flaw was to get them posted was as expensive as the goods themselves.”
