“Purchased a knee scooter with pumped wheels . The scooter is fine and solid and the tyres are much more comfortable getting around . My only tiny crib is the handlebars are slightly off centre and nothing we do will line them up with the base . But it doesn't effect the steering . Just the look of it. Phelans staff were extremely helpful on the phone before purchasing the scooter . Would give the female staff member 10/ 10 for helpfulness. Knowledge and cheerful chat .”

“When I received the email to review the product it had not arrived so I only gave it a 1 star. Now it has arrived and has been used I give it 4 stars. It works but can be fiddly to get on properly.”

“Excellent and immediate response to my recent order. Some of the staff are not v experienced in the products available, I had to look for a third (successful!) opinion when I was I there last. Excellent pharmacy, thanks. Will continue to recommend you to my patients.”
