“Very efficient and pleasant staff,spoke to occupational therapist who helped me choose the proper aid,which was. Cordless bed exit monitoring system. The only negative was out side of box said batteries included when in effect they were not. This is not the fault of Phelans but the manufacturer Smart..Very pleasant and would recommend Phelans”
