“The instructions with this walking aid were appalling. Failed to tell us how to adjust and stabilise the wheels, but gave instructions re using it on ice etc. I would suggest you consider producing your own. When I contacted the Stillorgan shop and went there the staff, both on the phone and in the shop were superb and sorted everything out.”

“Got the product! 2 boxes of hydrocortisone as requested. Covered my entire body and went to a gym. Sadly no gain. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. 😂 Joking!!!! If you not allowing more than 1 box, please just adjust in on your website. Don't need to call and ask “are you sure you need two”.”

“They took my money. then emailed me asking to phone them for a consultation. Goods never arrived. The whole idea behind buying the product online was to avoid talking to someone. I bought the same product online from another company by simply doing the consultation online at the time of purchase. Please refund me my money.”

Therefore, we cannot supply the product unless you consent to an in-person or phone consultation with our pharmacist.
