“I haven’t seen much results and was hoping to stop my cravings fir food. It does somewhat but I expected more help from the product as it was touted as the best! Hmmm”

“It has cut my appetite in half. Haven't noticed energy yet or lost any weight since I started 10 days ago. Do feel good though. However Thanksgiving was 1 of those 10 days.”

“I've only lost 2 or 3 lbs in the first week I was hoping for more but at 295 lbs with bad knees it's hard for me to exercise I realized it will take longer. At least I stopped gaining weight which I am happy about.”
