“I have lost 3 pounds in 3 weeks. Have had no jittery feeling which is a plus. I have not felt any extra energy (which I could use) especially with cutting calories but seems to be an appetite suppressant to some degree.”

“Phenocal is slowly working for me. I did have to cut back on my calorie intake but Phenocal helps curb my appetite so I am not hungry.”

“I have been using Phenocal for a while now and I am pretty religious about my routine. I haven't lost weight, but it does keep me "regular" and I think it does help suppress my appetite alittle. I'm not sure overall how long it's acceptable to continue to take this (any long term effects)?”
