I already purchase a philips monitor for 80 day , and just about the 50 day started to have flicking problem . I contact their customer support/customer service , they say they couldn't do anything with it . And I asked how to fix it or return it , that customer service say because I got no evidence to proof that my monitor got problem so I needed to record my monitor to start a report and they will fix it . First , the customer service attitude is terrible . I never heard a customer service could shout at there user / customer . I am a customer of your brand , company , product , how dare you to shout me ? Because I needed to send proof to them , so I needed to keep recording my monitor screen 24/7 .(My monitor flicking problem is flicking and I don't know when it will come so I need to record every time when I'm using my monitor which is very annoying . I got the clip and every evidence they need to make a report , but 3 day for totally no reply . Which effected my whole working process .Then I wrote a email to their HQ to feedback their customer support's problem . When I wrote a email to HQ , they only reply . Which also means that if I don't send email to their HQ maybe it will takes more time to fix my monitor . They called me and said that they will inform me for someone to pickup my monitor within 3-7 days . Then 4 day later they message me to arrange a time to pickup my monitor . But here's the unprofessional part . One of their employee message me private and ask me could she pickup today . Which it make me feel unsafe with my personal information leak to a employee of a company . And the whole things just doesn't seems professional and how a big company should be like .

Avoid this company - faulty products, faulty company practices and abysmal service. I purchased a sonicate toothbrush from Philips and it was not holding its charge. After a full nights charge, it would only be good for one 2 minute use. So I got in touch with their Customer Care team. I contacted them through WhatsApp to arrange a repair/replacement. And they advised me to order a new one and I would be refunded once they received my faulty product. The catch was I had to order it through Philips as they said they were unable to ship a replacement out to me, so this was the only option. I got in touch via WhatsApp once ordered and asked them for a refund and they could no longer assist. They told me to phone customer service or get in touch with their online chat. So I did, and they said that the advice I received via WhatsApp was incorrect and that they were referring it to their office to look into. They said I would have to return these items to get a refund, they didn't even address my faulty product in this conversation! Shortly after this, I noticed my credit card was charged twice for the replacement I was wrongly told to order. So I got back in touch via their online chat and got through to an agent who said they would chase it up with their office. I asked if I could have a response today and the agent ignored me and proceeded to end the chat. By far the worst experience I have had with a company in recent history. I would expect better service from a £2 toothbrush, never mind how much I paid! I have not even received an apology, not even a generic one.

It is impossible to see the water level as the tank of the Powerlife steam iron is too dark

Sonicare toothbrushes The first one packed up. Philips sent another & that packed up ( with the same battery fault) then the third packed up and philips blamed hard water and refused to replace it. ALL 3 WERE LESS THAN 12 MONTHS OLD. They are not fit for purpose and this is clearly a design fault #expensivemistakes

Do not use this company they admit to the mistakes THEY made, but we just give you the around on a refund. Ashely hung up on me. All the other so called agents Charisse, Donna, Karl, Maria, Maureen, and today Chrissy give me such a run around. I have received about 20 different excuses of why they cannot refund my after their admitted mistake! I sent screen shot and numerous emails, chats, phone calls and so far from the 27 of Dec to Jan 16-NOTHING! I am now being told the supervisor Tomas has ny case but hasn’t been able to be reached. I have to wonder if Tomas exists. PHILIPS does NOT make it BETTER!

I ordered a toothbrush and I did recieve it. However, Philips charged me twice! This charge left my banking account with a minus. I had to immediately put money in my account. Then I was charged an overdraft of $35.00 then I will be charged at the end of the $15 dollars. But here is the kicker even after sending in screen shot of Philips mistake which they admitted it was a mistake on their part. I still haven’t received my refund or an aplopogy. Jan 8 is when this got happened & escalated as they say! It’s now the 16th of Jan. RIDICULOUS !

Abysmal. I emailed these people to try and find out what shaver blades I needed to replace, my old ones, they said HQ8, I paid on the 22nd, and of course when they arrived, they were HQ56, simple mistake?? After 20 minutes on the phone, and a whole series of photos later a refund was agreed. NOW, 8 emails, yes 8 , and photos, without a reply, I am left with shaver blades that don,.t fit , and £25.00 out of pocket.Thier product might be reasonable but expensive, but their so called customer service might not as well be there. They are absolutely atrocious. For a so called International company this does their reputation no good whatsoever, still they don,t really care do they, they have £25.00 in their coffers, and I am stuck with a set of shaver blades that don,t fit?? I am fuming at the way I have been treated DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS ON THREAT OF BEING ROBBED.
