“I went to the Phone Service Centre in Clerkenwell. My phone screen was detaching slowly and was just a matter of time until it separated completely. At the shop, I was given all the information for a diagnosis and respective solutions that could be done. It was done rather quickly given the fix. I had my phone back in the same day. Very friendly, professional and available service.”

“Brian did another sterling job replacing my front and back cover in seven minutes I was in the shop James saw to me and was amazing. Matty had me booked in and Brian did the job all within ten minutes. Thanks guys amazing job. Saved me a lot of journeying back at an inconvenient. Great example of team work. If only they ran the UK we would have an efficient successful country Thanks guys”

“I came with a phone with a broken back cover and a broken LCD and was served with warmth and kindness from Marcin. He managed to find a used back cover for my phone and gave it to me for free as it was used. Very pleased.”

“I came in a bit later than anticipated and got to their Marylebone office later. Bryan who was there said it takes an hour to do the work, and I would have to leave it and pick it up the next day,however because I use my phone for work it would have been very inconvenient. Bryan then offered to do the work as quickly and efficiently as he could. He save d me an extra journey , he went the extra mile which is very refreshing. Top class customer service, I even want him to come and work for our company. Thank you Bryan!”

“Took my phone to the Whitecross store, had my S8+ screen & back glass replaced - also the bezel seems to have been replaced as well which is amazing. My phone looks like it's brand new out of the box. Great customer service and fast responses when emailing. Would recommend using these guys for sure!”
