Yet again PHS was late with my amalgam collection. Upon ringing customer services the only response I could get was 'I can only apologise' repeated to me numerous times. My collection was two months late (not for the first time) and I could not establish when I would receive notification about the timing of my overdue collection.

Not even a star. These people are essentially thieves. 7 months in and 2 waste collections. Attempt to contact them and they blame it on fairy tail shenanigans. Save yourselves a headache and take your business elsewhere.

Dishonest and immoral company. They will lock you into a contract without your knowledge and consent. They will intimidate and bully you if you dare to leave. They renew contracts by stealth without obtaining a consent even signature. They are very expensive, have zero customer service and they do not provide the service you pay for. AVOID at your peril. You are dealing with sharks. I would give big fat zero if I could

A really poor, dishonest approach to business. The handling of the account by the account manager has been appalling. When something is not right, a replacement can be arranged with a new 5 year lease attached! How about make sure the product is fit for purpose and don't recommend the wrong items for locations where they are unsuitable. The communication is unclear. Sign up for between 3 and 5 years. I think they work to an auto renew for another 3-5 years.... or so it seems with their attempt to hoodwink the business into continuing with them. I think we will see each other in court. I would not use this company again.

Shocking service had to cancel contract as failed to do visits, can't even collect their sanitary wear despite contacting many times.......!! Avoid......!!

I do not recommend this company I was with them for years, firstly they are very expensive and dare you try to come out of your contract you have 90 days to submit your cancellation/termination and then you are bombarded with emails stating if you don't reply they will just roll your contract over, even if you have sent all details of termination 90days prior. I have been in business 34 years I have never dealt with a company like it.

We discovered too late that not only were we signed up for 5 years but that period renews automatically, so when we cancelled after having been a customer for 11 years we had to pay over £1,000 to cancel the contract. Avoid PHS in all circumstances - never sign a contract with them. Dreadful people. I am only giving one star because it won't let me give none!

you ever receive a threatening legal department letter from a Mr richard edwards from their caerphilly office making out you owe thousands of pounds of stolen accessories and equipment, best to just ignore this creep and empty threat letter completely. likely he's just following orders from his paid off overseers to threaten your company when you don't have any business with their sanitary garbage company.

Awful from start to finish. Charge for collections missed that never happened!! Zero customers services but 1000% success rate at false promises and no collections!!! Avoid!

Prices go up about 10% every year which they don't tell you about and when you try and cancel they say you are locked into a 5 year rolling contract and to read the small print. We told them to get stuffed and after a flurry of threatening letters and phone calls they finally sent us a credit note for the £700 odd early termination fees they had tried to impose (after 9 years). All they want is your money. Repeatedly. Do not use this company. Zero customer care.

Absolutely awful customer service. We hired nappy bins two months in advance for our charities holiday in Scotland for 20 children with additional and complex needs who were getting residential respite care for the week. 10 bins were meant to arrive Friday and I confirmed the day before that they would definitely be coming. By Tuesday no bins had arrived and all of my calls and emails had been ignored and a call on Monday with promise of a call back didn't happen. 6/10 bins were delivered Tuesday evening, which had left our children without waste disposal for near enough 5 days which is completely unacceptable. Now it's been 11 days after the bins were meant to be originally delivered and when I've phoned to complain they're still saying they hope the other four are going to be delivered soon this week...our holiday finished on Saturday. They also haven't picked up the bins yesterday as agreed at the time of booking so the school we rented is still having to store them. I've never dealt with such an incompetent company before and will never be using them again.

You have a thief amongst your staff . Steals money and often when filling his van up has can for personal use . Does that many milage no one notices his diesel receipts Mr Donald Coupar

I am only leaving a one star review because no stars is not an option. 5 years ago a former colleague signed up for a compactor that we didn't really need. We tried to contact PHS last year to cancel the contract before the renewal date. Firstly, getting a response by phone or email wasn't easy. We were told various tales regarding the contract, we were told that our request had been recognised but the appropriate person hadn't dealt with the matter correctly, but it would be sorted out ASAP. It wasn't. Various calls and emails were ignored before a very nice chap in their sales team gave me the direct number for our local sales manager. A meeting with him didn't resolve anything, then today I was told that our contract renewed automatically after 5 years without any contact from PHS, also note that you must give 90 days notice to cancel the contract before the end of the 5 year period. I am taking advice regarding the legality of this. I have never seen a contract that can end and then be renewed without consultation of the signing of any documents. The PHS customer service is a joke, if we ran our business like this we would be out of business very quickly. I urge you not to deal with is company.

Do not use PHS! And if you have a contract, read the small print very carefully. They operated a rolling 3 year contract with no break clause - and still insist on a 90 day notice period. You can get sanitary waste removed at one third of their annual costs. I am appalled by their lack of customer service and have no complaints process. I cannot believe a company can operate in this way in the 21st century. Shame on PHS.

Cowboys . The most expensive in the business but they never turn-up, lock you in contracts for years on end , never reply. Avoid at all costs . So many companies cheaper and better than them .

I would like to give zero stars! AVOID this utter useless and extremely expensive company! Boxes not been collected for SIX MONTHS! Still waiting. Sign at your peril..contract automatic rolls over and is a bugger to cancel! Fortunately we can in two months. Bettet services for a lower cost out there
