“Excellent service. Ordered at 9 am and received our frame by 10 am the following day. Frame finished to a very high quality. Would definitely recommend.”

“Lovely frame. Just what I wanted and quick delivery for a made to measure item. Acrylic glazing a good option, making frame lighter in weight and therefore better for a nursery wall.”

“On receiving the frame I was disappointed as it was not the one I had ordered. However, when I called the Picture Frame Studio they were extremely helpful - it was a simple mix-up at their end, and they said they would rectify the problem ASAP. Within a few days I received the correct frame, and am absolutely delighted with it. It has been very carefully put together, and is of an excellent quality. So despite the initial blip, I can highly recommend the Picture Frame Studio and would certainly use them again.”

“Quality product received in few days from ordering. Required for an odd size photo and not easily available but here we got one the exact size that sets off the photo. Extremely well made with a choice of borders. One thing that could have been a little better would be the way the suspension cord is fitted.”

“Thank You SOooooo Much. The best service I have ever had from an online company!!!!! I phoned at 10:30am on a Wednesday and received a custom made frame hundreds of miles away by 12 noon the next day. Everyone I told could not believe it. This is what an online service should be like. The frame was also the best frame I have had and great value. I will always use this company from now on. “Quick service with excellent tracking and delivery slot. Good packing system to avoid accidental damage in transit. Frame looks exactly as expected from web site sample. It was accurately cut to size, the slight misalignment of the corners is not noticeable now its hung. It took 15 minutes from receipt to getting the picture on the wall. The tape is self adhesive and there's plenty of it so it should keep thunder flies out and the surplus will replace paper tape on other frames. Would use again.”

“I am a very, very happy customer. I ordered a custom frame via the website which was easy to navigate and allowed me to choose exactly the configuration I wanted. The frame I received was excellent quality and packaged to withstand the heaviest handed couriers. Before I saw the frame I thought the price was good but once I received it and saw the quality, I think it is amazing value. So, to summarise, Quality frame, great price and excellent customer service. I couldn't ask for more and I will be ordering again.”

Delivery was quite quick and with the most efficient Interlink you are kept up to date on the parcel's progress and given a one hour delivery slot. Customer service was very impressive.
