“A great price for a custom made, good quality frame. Just what I wanted. Only negative was I received the text telling me when my frame was being delivered after it had arrived but that was Parcelforce.”

“Ordered a picture mount late on a Monday night when I realised that an etching my daughter wanted to give as a birthday present was a non standard size to go in a non standard frame. Putting the dimensions we needed into the website was simple as was completing the order. I was a little worried that the mount may not turn up in time for the birthday so I gave Picture Frame Studio a call on Wednesday and was reassured that the mount would be sent by Thursday and with us on the Friday. The mount arrived securely wrapped (I mean very securely) on the Friday as promised and was exactly as we'd hoped; a perfect fit for both the frame and the picture. For what was a very small order and a very cheap price this was and excellent product delivered with superb customer service. Thank you Picture Frame Studio for making my daughters art look even better and I am happy to say that the birthday boy was delighted with the gift!”

“Upon receipt of my frame I discovered that I had ordered the wrong coloured frame. I phoned Picture Frame Studio and spoke to a gentleman who,I can only say, provided an exceptional level of service to get me sorted. it is rare to find such excellent customer service in many places but not this one.Thank you, I will have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“Was worried as the frame was custom made, and very tall and thin, that it might get damaged in transit but it arrived very quickly beautifully wrapped and intack. Sizing was spot on and it looks great !”

“I had ordered a Lowry print which turned out not to be a "regular" size. I wanted a natural oak (real wood) frame. It was easy to achieve this with the online system here - good explanation on how to and what to measure. The frame was very well packed when it arrived in the time predicted. I am delighted with the result and will certainly look here first the next time I need to get a frame.”

“I don't often give reviews, but on this occasion I feel that I must praise the company for supplying perfect picture frames hassle free and within the time scale stated. First time I have used this company and I for one am sceptical about buying on the internet, but no need these picture frames are of the highest quality, measurements spot on and well packaged for delivery. Once again thanks for the excellent frames. I will certainly use again and cannot recommend you highly enough. All the best for the future Keven Watson”
