“To be honest, not very impressed. One of the corners is a very poor fit; on the front surface. Not as good as I expected - which is a pity, because you offer a good range of woods/colours etc. These would have been very useful, because as a Professional Wildlife Photographer; I sell a lot of framed prints.”

“I emailed to ask if the frame could be 50 cm x 59 cm externally and got the internal measurements of 50 x 59 so now its in the bin”

“I ordered a panoramic picture frame which arrived on-time, well packed and at a very reasonable price. But when I opened the package the mount had not been cut. I immediately sent an email to customer support but so far - four days later - there has been no reply. I would like to support the company as pre-sale service was good and mistakes like forgetting to cut the mount happen, but post-sales service is just as important to me.”

“One of the picture frames is perfect other has slight damage / small fault no real problem with that and NOT why I have marked the company down it gets poor from me for customer service it has not answered either of my emails ... Or picked up the phone on about 10 occasions when I have tried to ring!! If they had spoken to me I would have sorted minor issues without a bad review. We all make mistakes yes but have the decency to answer the phone!! Please!!”

Hello Guy, A set of hanging fixtures will be put in the post Today, sorry down to human error. It would be quicker if you can us a quick call should you have a small issue in the future. Kind Regards Mike Barrow

“The frame looks great and was a good price.. but the picture hanging hook pack that the website said was included is not in the box!! The courier delivery was terrible! I requested to reschedule the delivery through the online system and it said that the details had been changed. But the courier still attempted to deliver on the original date and then 2 days later left it with a neighbour, grumbling that it had been in his van for 3 days (which you could tell from the state of the box, torn and battered and soaking wet!) Luckily the packaging has protected the frame but not impressed! And I have no hanging fittings - would ask that some be sent but I dead to think how wrong that delivery could go!”

“I would have rested the service much higher - it is simple to use and the delivery time was very quick and well managed. The negs give rating is because one of the two frames I ordered had a obvious red scratch on it approx 1.5 to 2 inches long. Poor quality control.”
