Easy to use web site, order was processed quickly and arrived promptly. Upon opening the delivery, and checking the goods we found that two of the Pimms Jugs were new and two were dirty with water marks, The new jugs were wrapped in polythene wrapping, the dirty ones had no wrapping or covers what so ever. Not sure how this came about.

Waited 2 weeks for goods before contacting site. One of the goods was out of stock so they hold back order until it is all in stock. I cancelled out of stock items and received the rest of the oder next day. Unfortunately one of the jugs was broken but they are sending a replacement. The customer service dealing with me was actually very good. So overall. 3 stars

The site crashed a few times whilst I was trying to order. I then didn't get an email confirming my order so I was unsure as to if I had infact placed an order ... I waited a few days and my parcel did arrive... Jug looked dirty on arrival.

The order itself took several attempts to go through as the website was not working properly. I contacted you via your Facebook page, but did not receive a response. I was not aware of the shipping or delivery times until after the order was placed. I emailed your customer service people, who did respond, but unfortunately the items did not arrive on time to present to our employee who was leaving.

Took nearly two weeks for product to be delivered. It would be good to have an estimated date of delivery on the confirmation email.

As a long time drinker of Pimm's I'm a big fan. The web site allows me to go through the shop, place articles in my basket, review my order.... but now the problem: I currently live in the US. Why is there no option to SHIP to the US, or anywhere else outside of the UK for that matter? I had to ship my order to my sister in Surrey yet still don't have my items. They arrived at her house quickly, so I would say Pimm's is very prompt in there shipping, yet it's unfortunate that shipping it to me is not an option.

Good service but it's a shame the product does not look as big as it does in the picture. I expected a larger jug. Bit disappointed... won't be getting much Pimms in that!

No real indication of when it would arrive, who it would be delivered from. Poor website, bad UX and only bought from them because I couldn't get them elsewhere. Product arrived within a week so not too bad overall, just nothing special.

Dispatch / deliver time needs lot of improvement far to slow, most items are great but sending faulty items I.e. poor printing on jugs should not be sent for the price you charge.

I apologise that you were unhappy with the amount of time it took to dispatch your items, your order placed on 09/10 was dispatched on 14/10. We do specify to allow 5 days for dispatch, but I am sorry if you were dissatisfied with this. We are continuing to work on improving our dispatch times. Thanks again.

Very disappointed and confused with the on line shopping experience. A few days ago I ordered and paid for some Pimms jugs and a few other accessories. I am living in Australia and the drop down menu for my delivery address allowed me to choose that country as a delivery option. I therefore thought you delivered to Oz although I now see from a previous comment here that probably isn't the case. The Pimms website does not state which countries you ship to, there is no delivery info at all that I can see but by having other countries in the delivery address drop down menu and not just the UK it is very misleading. My order went through and was accepted and paid for but I have received no confirmation email. I have tried contacting PImms but there is no email address on the website and the 0845 phone number is very expensive to call from Australia. I have sent 2 messages to Pimms on facebook and also requested a land line number to call to clarify my order query but have not received a response. I would really appreciate some clarity as to whether you have honoured my order as to the best of my belief you have taken my money.......? Thanks

Deliverly of pitcher perfect(jug and hiball glasses) was quick but there was a chip in one of the glasses, they agreed to exchange it and I was told it would be fetched on Monday, so my wife stayed in all day and but it was not collected

Item arrived, poorly packed, plastic Pimms jugs were cracked on receipt. I asked for help to resolve the issue. The request was not met. Very poor experience, would not use this site again.

I tried ordering items from this website and at the payment stage I was told that Pimms was unable to process my payment so I should try again. I tried again and the same thing happened so I gave up and ordered similar items from Amazon. Two days later I received two seperate emails from Pimms to say my orders had been dispatched despite being previously told they couldn't process my payment. I know have 3 sets of the same order. I'm not impressed.
