A great benefit of Pipeline Deals is all the tools to be able to work on all your information as a team all in one place. With the mobile app recently improving that has increased too. There could still be more customization options for lists and where data could be applied. Mainly if we had the ability to change the standard fields names. Another thing that holds a lot of power in our ability to manage out information stored is the Excel integration made available a few months back. We would use this for so many things. We did run into an issue where we could not share our lists effectively. If i had pipeline refresh a list i made it was perfect. If someone else opened the same list on their computer and tried to update with the pipeline integration it would seem to break the excel worksheet. These two things are the only things right now i could think to be improved on. Have been a very happy customer and our sales team uses this a lot and will continue to.

I am happy with the functionality of Pipeline Deals. The system is very user-friendly and meets our needs very well. I did have a negative experience recently when I received the October updates email. I requested more information about the Task Event Automations and the response I received was someone telling me that the email had links and that I should look at those. To this day, I have not received the response/information needed and I'm not too sure who to contact about it. Someone that can provide actual information and not just send me to your help page.

I think that PipelineDeals is one of the best CRM's that I have used compared to the other companies I have worked for. It is easy to navigate and Pipeline is always interested in how to improve the access to information.

I've used PipelineDeals for roughly 2 months so far and I think it's a pretty good tool. My only improvement so far I see could be a "task" priority something as simple as low, medium and high priorities. If tasks had such a priority option then my daily tasks (important ones) would come up first on my agenda so I know they would be completed that day or at least have the best chance of being completed that day just in-case the day got busy.

I like it but wish there were some features with regard to editing activities which the user and not administrator could quickly change when needed.

I love this product. I only wish it supported IPads better then it does. My main tool is my tablet during the day

Meets our needs fairly well but here are a few things I think need fixed/added: 1. Pipeline duplicates entries with companies. The company name can be an exact match and it duplicates the entry. Not all but quite a few will duplicate - not sure when or why. 2. Person's name has to match exactly when searching. It would be helpful if there was an option for 'sounds like' search. 3. Need an option for sending text messages from Pipeline.

I have been with you for quite some time and have been generally happy but I am sorry to say that is not the same with your mobile site. More often than not when I try to connect I get the "cannot connect to internet" message. On those occasions when I can connect what I can do with the platform is very limited. My work situation has changed to where I am needing the mobile platform more and at this time it is pretty worthless to me.

It has been challenging to schedule a demo to increase our knowledge base of the capabilities of the system. In fact we have simply stopped trying. The how tos on the website are not helpful and I was stunned that we’d have to pay to learn how to use the system more effectively. We will keep using it because of the price point but we are looking at other systems

Behind competitors with regard to some key functionality. Average customer service. The platform and service were good when we sign on 2 years ago. Seems like they've lost a step since then, and there are better options in the market.

It works well, some extra Activity pre-fills would be awesome. You need a better color scheme, dull grey and white is boring and unpleasing to look at. Thanks.

Very intuitive good for small to medium business. mobile app needs a lot of help. overall i will the software developers talked to a cross section of their customers to better understand how to improve the product

We have lots of problems with the app. Also, we are actively looking to replace pipeline deals with an app that has a mapping feature that will show number of days until the next activity is due. Is this something you are working on? Thanks! Brian Whitley

My fault but I inputted my data in error. Fields were aligned in error. I blew my one call and the rest is a mess for me to clean up.

I was a client of Pipeline Deals for over 4 years. They started off as a great site for me. As they grew though, they just stopped caring in my opinion. With each "update" to the mobile app they broke something else. I understand that you need to make updates, but seriously, test the thing before rolling it out. Customer service was no help, a ticket would be open for months on end, and at the end of the day the solution was always to use the web version. What broke our relationship was the downtime of the site. Never knowing if Amazon AWS was going to be up or down when I needed to access my data. As a business owner who needs to access my client files when the customer calls in, I can't tell them that the site is down. It just got old, not being able to access my customers from my phone and getting constant messages that the site was inaccessible. After all my complaints, I still gave you 4 months to correct it and nobody bothered to respond to the open ticket. So I left, I'm paying twice the price for a service that does 10 times as much. It gives me all the things that I've asked for and been told your working on. Since I've been with them, not one email of the site being down, not one time of not being able to access my clients, even with no data connection I can still access the record on my phone. Just sad you guys couldn't catch up to the rest of the other CRM's on the market.

I use my IPad everyday on the road and record my interactions when I get back to my car. Since Pipeline deals doesn’t support adding new accounts it is disappointing.

The interface is not as intuitive and the management tools built into the program are sub-par (e.g. the forecast is a custom field to be added to a report and not a mandatory one).
