“Love my carbon chopped lid the girlfriend got me for Christmas. Super light and head gear is very comfortable. However after using it for around 6 month the headgear started to strip out and I wasn’t able to tighten it up super tight. Could have possibly been my fault for over tightening it but we all know sometimes you have to weld upside and heights and the last thing you want to do is watch your lid fall 80’ and smash on the ground.”

“At first glance the Cool Back welding shirt fits the bill to be among the best in the business. Awesome design! I haven’t put it to the test just yet but it seem to be a good quality shirt. One potential issue may arise in situations where tight position welding are required in places like nuclear facilities that don’t require FRC clothing. Snagging the back probably is inevitable. One suggestion I have is to make it an optional Cool Back and a full preshrunk cotton shirt. I’d definitely pay for that even if it’s a little extra cost. I’m sure many would agree. I’m excited to help out a small business so as long as it stay small you have my support. In say all that I have plans to order at least 6 more. It’s a nice look with a pair of 501 Levi’s and western work boots. Great job and please consider this recommendation!”

“From the first of many times I've called PLC, I have received nothing but outstanding customer service from a young lady who is both patient and knowledgeable. While I do weld as a hobby, I am not in the profession, so I use some products differently than they are intended. I live on and love the beaches of South Texas, where we have significant wind. I have recently purchased 2-8' and 1-10' PLC Welding Umbrellas. They arrived on time and in excellent working order, and I can't wait to get them set up at the shore and see them in action. We do show no shipping protection was purchased but did everything in our power to ensure an investigation was conducted even though the umbrella was successfully delivered and uninsured. We do make note upon purchase that shipping is recommend to ensure your package is protected in case your package is damaged or lost upon transit. Regardless once the package has been successfully delivered and with proof of delivery it is not 100% guarantee that a package claim can be covered since the carrier fulfilled the delivery service. We recommend getting in contact with you local postal office or UPS office on future large package orders to provide delivery instructions and ensure this doesn't happen again.
