“I ordered the golden arm lens I like it a lot just some time it doesn’t wanna pick the arc up when I stick weld so I get flashed off the start not really sure why it does that.”

“The quality of the hood is actually great condition. All adjustments were consistent and permanent, which was a problem I was having with other hoods. The flip up works wonderfully, but the only problem I had was it didn’t even come with a clear lens. It’s an easy fix but doesn’t mean I feel like doing it. So besides that wonderful product would recommend for a solid hood.”

“Quality products at fair prices. But the customer service is awesome. I broke the flip lens box in a built in carbon hood that was 3 yrs old. Couldn't find replacement parts on the website. So I sent a email asking for a price on a new box abd the pivot pins. I received a reply within a hr wanting conformation that my address hadn't changed . And a pic of the damage. Then received a tracking number. They sent the parts free charge. And they sent all the hardware not just the box and the pivot pins. So anymore needs and they got my order.”
