“Pixart’s website provided incorrect and incomplete information on which I based my decision to purchase folded flyers. Minutes after my purchase, I got emails that changed the conditions (cutoff time and delivery date). I contacted Pixart immediately and asked for the order to be cancelled or expedited, and was informed that neither was possible. To meet my deadline, I purchased the project again from a local print company. This is the 2nd time Pixart Printing has cost me time and money because of misinformation. It's wholly unacceptable, and I will be sharing my review on multiple sites.”
“Website deleted my design. Order delayed because of this. I had to contact customer service for 4 days before they could figure out a solution. Designs cannot be saved or downloaded? Prices of items in my cart and shipping mysteriously went up by 600% while chatting to customer service. Order now arriving too late. Rude, dishonest and not helpful customer service.”
“Do not be tempted to use this business. This is not a good business to deal with. Initially they appear to be helpful and make all sorts of promises. The minute they have your payment they have no further interest. They send you automated email communication and do not deliver on their original promise to deliver the goods by the date agreed. I have not received my printed book at all !!! (it was meant to come by 16th December) its now the 8th of January !!! this business does not care about their customers or the promises they make to deliver goods on time. Complete Scam company !!! I'm still waiting for the parcel that should be delivered on 15th of Ausgust. Today is 31th of August and they promised me to delivery it yesterday 30th.
Now they told me the parcel can be delivery tomorrow max... Jesus! What a f.... terrible service and company!

We ordered double sided cards - 2 weeks later single sided pieces of paper arrived.
They offered to replace with correct printing and better quality - this was 3 weeks ago - and I have just had DHL notification they will not arrive until next week
That's a total of 6 weeks to receive cards and I don't even know what I am actually going to receive at this point.
I also was told I would get a full refund for the hassle we have had and I also have not received this !!
STAY WELL AWAY - spend a few £ more (and it literally is around £1-£2 extra) and get a company that give what they offer.
We have lost out on two major events because they have taken so long to deliver our products.”
