how do i do a review
Asked by carole (10 months ago)
How is it that I place an order of frogbit and a nylon float a month ago (literally), get responses from one of your reps when I ask about the order being so delayed, stating dates he thinks it should ship, and an email saying my order is being processed, yet a month has gone by with nothing? How do I get a refund? and how do I post a review on your site? I can read all the reviews I want, but posting seems to be difficult.
Asked by Troy Wehmeyer (11 months ago)
Sent an email concerning the disappointment with a selection of plants( cat tails-out of the 6/ only 1 is surviving barely) a week or so ago and have yet to receive a response. Your chemical options for treatment of my koi is acceptable. But the quality of water plants-not the best.

I’m looking to buy the Oase BioTec ScreenMatic2 38000 Pond Filter but curious on how good does it filter the water? If it has muddy water going into it how clear will it be coming out of it?
Asked by Joe (1 year ago)
Hi Joe - the ScreenMatic2 3800 filters down to 300 microns. That's typically great for most koi ponds that are lined with a true pond liner when this is used for mechanical filtration (You prob want to think about biological filtration next if you intend to keep koi). However, if your water is a muddy slurry because it is bare bottom, without liner, then any sort of mud will make its way through a mechanical screen pretty easily. Feel free to give us a call if we can be of help in your design. Everyone's needs/desired outcomes are a little different so we look forward to helping you with yours.

Do this plants every year come back ?
Asked by Fabian (1 year ago)
Are you open to the public now? I would like to come over and shop for plants and supplies and have a few questions regarding my outdoor goldfish answered. I ordered some plants from you during the pandemic, and they arrived in excellent condition. I’ve been recommending you to all of my friends.
Asked by Gregg (2 years ago)
Hi Gregg, For plants & koi fish, we are open to the public by appointment only during the spring/summer/fall Memorial day through labor day. So in person will need to wait until the season starts up. However, we can still help answer questions about Koi via email, phone, or Chat M-F and we also ship supplies 7 days a week from any of our 5 warehouses OR if we have it here in Bothell we can also arrange curbside pickup if you prefer.
