Playing JJ used to be fun not anymore playtika has turned it into a money grubbing machine. For people who have played for years the game is no longer fun! They make unwelcome changes that make players have to use money to get ahead the competitions have terrible prizes and are not worth the energy it takes to play them.

Loved the game for years. Hardly want to play anymore. Loved playing as a team but recent changes (plants, lower value prizes, allowing jumpers to cheat in league) make it almost miserable. Team is demoralized. I used to support the game buying some items for real cash. Lately mine have gotten so expensive I can’t handle it. So it is getting harder to complete memoirs or acquire good decos. Ruining the plant sharing has taken away the diamonds that allowed our team to share energy. Hate it.

This is a greedy company that care less about customers and more about money. They steal the joy out of playing a game

I have used 600 diamonds to buy snippets and they were all dejavu. Playtika is only interested in making exorbitant profit. I feel some class action lawsuit must be filed.

Fun has been taken away by recent bush changes.

So called improvements to the June’s Journey game have been nothing but a money grab by a company that only cares about the bottom line concerning making money. The worst at making customers happy, each improvement they come up with means a loss for most customers. They’re income grew to 649 million in the first 1/4 of 2021. They aren’t hurting for money.

Taking too long to get new chapter. Diamonds to hard to get. Friends stopped sending gift bushes. No feedback from wooga when I send them messages. Need easier way to know how many compasses we have. Thank you and please note I love this game.

With the latest changes to the game you have taken away any incentive to play in a club. You can't win competitions or DL without spending money. Paying to play should be a choice not a requirement.

Playtika has made several recent changes to June’s Journey, a game I’ve been playing for over 1.5 years. They have removed the certainty of receiving diamonds from gifted bushes from teammates and other players being replaced with bushes that *might* give diamonds or something else entirely. The weekly Detective League prizes have been downgraded and no longer have diamonds at all except for the first week. Competition prizes have been downgraded over the last year as well. Diamonds are a core resource in the game and any reduction in their numbers has an adverse effect on gameplay. Additionally, Playtika does not offer players equal opportunities for purchasing this core resource - algorithms decide if a player receives a very expensive offer ($99 includes 2500 diamonds plus a decor item or snippet pack) or a very reasonable offer ($5.99 and includes the same decor item or snippet pack but only 100 diamonds). The apparent logic is that the high offer is better value and is offered only to their higher spending customers. It takes forever to reshape your algorithm to receive cheaper offers if you’ve ever made the mistake of buying bulk diamonds. Finally there are at least 3 different rewards algorithms for the new gift bushes so while some players may have a 70% chance of receiving diamonds from a purple smokebush, other unlucky players will only have a 15% chance of diamonds. Additionally the coin payout on that bush is 100 coins, yet it cost your teammate 300 coins to give it to you. Lucky players only have an 8% chance of the coins, but unlucky players have a 35% chance. These unfair tactics have created a lot of ill will towards Wooga/Playtika, because we feel unvalued as customers, and we feel we are just cash cows in the way they treat us. June’s Journey used to be a wonderful game before Playtika took over. It’s been made clear to the company how players feel and the thing is that so many players used to happily spend money in game on decorations or offers and have now completely stopped spending anything because of the way the company has treated us and repeatedly ignored feature requests (like push alerts for in game chat, improving in game chat) and taking things away when they do add a feature such as the ability to move bushes came with the negative of these new bushes. If we could select which item we received when we cashed in the bushes players wouldn’t be upset by the changes. Listen to your players or you’ll drive the game and your company into the ground!

I spent 600 diamonds for the 2 rarity snippets and hot nothing but dejavu. I contacted them. And got the answer that dejavu was good to get!. Ugh. Very aggravated at all the changes when it comes to diamonds. I would never and will never spend my diamonds like that again!

Unhappy with the way Playtika is gauging their customers. This is supposed to be a free game and they've taken away from the players vital materials to play As a result you have to use real money to be involved with the game.

Can you purchase items to gift your teammates or friends you should know what you're giving and getting it should not be a gamble I want to spend my coins buying a bush to give someone x amount of coins or x amount of diamonds not a Gamble to give or to get change it back

Playtika has ruined June’s Journey. ☹️ Little by little, they have taken away the free, fun game it used to be. Their last move was to change the bushes so you can’t replace diamonds making it so you’ll have to buy the diamonds to continue playing. There is no regard for the loyal players. We’ve lost half our team because they are upset and done. It comes across as greed. But earlier, someone from Playtika was reported to say that they were changing June’s Journey to a “pay to play” format. Here we go! I’m looking for a new game. 😢

I started this game probably 3 years ago, fresh out of the hospital having to be quarantined from my family, friends & work. I found Junes Journey to be so much more than just a hidden object game...I found friends who became teammates who became family! With the same passion about this game as I did & they taught me the strategy to the inside of this wonderful game. The gals that had been in this since day one were able to help me learn because at first all I wanted to do was build & see all of the things we want to have. Then things started to go wrong with purchasing things. I like to spend money on extra things like extra coffee because I wasn't so great at the comps I wanted to give back to my team that was teaching so much. Didn't mind buying the extra diamonds for that. Then we started getting alot of things that took our attention away from the simple things like sharing coffee time, bushes & comps. With sweep the board I had to learn real quick that I didn't want to get caught up in that & lose by diamonds to things I really wanted to do like share coffee time with my teammates. It was a fun game then, especially during a time when we all needed a connection in our life due to all the covid things, social distancing & all that came with that. Instead of figuring out how to reward your many players that had to of came along during that time, I feel you started demanding more from the players & giving less as far as the rewards went for whatever task it was at hand. I love this game but all of the extra cash I give now would go towards just staying a head in the game instead of a treat for myself for all my hard work at work. It was a treat. And then comes your different amounts on your offers!! Why aren't they all the same? To make this game more fair? Why do you charge me more than the next team player because I spend more on the game than they do, actually shouldn't I be the one that gets the better deal due to all the cash I spend on this game? But more so they should all be the same to be fair to everyone. At this point I am only hanging on due to the friends that have turned into family here not because I love the game & that makes my heart sad.
