“I have been a customer for years. I have fought the battle of Plexaderm's many issues with product dispensers. I could tell a few stories, but no need. The latest issue is with both the single round and the single with the funny look and "screw" off top. Both are terrible and because I don't cover my face with the product, I lose at least half because it hardens. I even put in a zip lock back to remove the air.. still lose product. Absolutely the worst! Seems with the price and the advertisements dollars you must spend, you would make a dispenser that works and give me the full product I pay for. I plan on finding another company that satisfies. Calling "customer service" provides no help at all, but does provide an attitude. “I hate your new packaging of your product. I liked the pump. I cut open one of those small packets and there was still more in the tube only accessible by cutting it open. i have been a long time consumer of your product but no more due to the change in packaging.”

“I liked it at first. Then the packaging changed and I can't use it any longer. It turns crusty on my face after just a couple hours. I haven't used all the product I have and don't see any way I can.”

“While I like the product, I am less than satisfied with the containers. I have had both the pump container and now the small twist tops. The pump container failed 2 out of 3 times, a very expensive waste of product. And the twist tops are made of a hard material whereby you cannot get all of the product out before having to throw it away, again, a big waste. Due to the container issues, I am looking for a new product.”

“I have enjoyed Plexaderm for many years, but the new packaging is Absolutely horrible, the product it thick and unmanageable to work with The pump was by far the best to use, it had occasional issues but worked 95% of the time. “I am not using the plexiderm. I find it hard to believe that any skin product marketed as saving, repairng, improving your skin doesn't have a sum screen in it. When I was finally able to read the small print telling me that plexiderm made my skin more sensitive to the sking, I tried it with putting my sunscreen on top but I don't like the feeling of stuff on my skin. One layer of lotions, etc, I will put up with but not two. Thereforee, I do not want any more sent and would like information as how to return the products, etc. I haven't communicated with the company as I have been involved in many medical tests, which hopefully are now complete.”
