“I love your product, but have now received SIX containers of Plexaderm Uber Eye Serum which do not function (over the past few years)!! I would appreciate it if you could test the product first and send me a replacement in good working order. It’s SO very frustrating!!!”

“I cannot empty the little tubes of plexaderm. There is still more plexaderm in the tube after I canNOT squeeze out any more. I have cut the tubes in half and found 3-4 more treatments inside. That is just UNACCEPTABLE! I have had to cut each tube in half, tape it back right after using the residual amount. So that its not wasted. Please find another way to deliver it. I love the product though.”

“I absolutely hate the new packaging with individual doses. The packaging is difficult to manage, allows for only one to two applications, wastes the product that is still in the package but can't be removed, and significantly contributes to our global problem of plastic waste. I will not purchase this product again unless the packaging return to a pump or another less wasteful and less polluting solution.”

“Your product for some reason hardens in the tube and won't come out. I have called on several occasions to complain about the problem but it still persists. It is for that reason I have not purchased your product in a long time.”

“Hi, The packaging for Plexaderm I feel is better than the previous packaging however I feel that we are not getting the amount of the previous packaging it lasts longer but I feel we got more in the previous package it just tended to dry up before you used it all. I would use it every day but I feel for the price I need to use it sparingly and make it last. If it was more for the same money, which I feel would be a better deal I wouldn't feel I need to use it sparingly. Love the product and I have very puffy under eyes. I have used this product since the syringe days and have wasted alot of product between the syringe and the pump bottle. Thanks Kerry Walker”

“I was very happy with the Plexaderm for years. I purchased on a regular basis until the delivery system was changed from a pump to plastic 6 pods per sheet. The product dries up too quickly and there is so much waste. I stopped purchasing your product.”

“the last tubes that I bought do not have anything much in them. they are too small to grip and too hard to press out the product. the pump was much better and lasted a long time. I won't buy the tubes any more. otherwise the product does get rid of my under eye bags.”

“The tubes are AWFUL. It is so hard to get all of the get out and I feel like it's a way to charge more and give less. I can't believe anyone like the tubes better than the bottles. There has to be a better way to package the plexaderm than what you are currently doing. The product is great, the hard part is done. Fix your packaging.”

“Unfortunately Plexaderm really dries your skin out and when you use a moisturizer, it no longer shrinks the bags under eye's. Also, the residue it leaves when it dries, is so obvious. It's a bummer. The product isn't good like it once was. Sorry Plexiderm. All I'm saying is true”

Hello Kristi, Please be sure if you are using a moisturizer with Plexaderm that it is a water based one. You should have no issue with the results.

Hello Donna, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Please remember only a half a pea size drop is needed when applying the product. The new packaging actually contains more product then the previous iterations.
