After falling victim to this online scam, I was at a loss on how to retrieve my stolen funds. Good afternoon, Richard, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on our services. We take all concerns and complaints seriously. Upon thorough investigation, I have not found any documented complaints regarding the quality of our service. Upon reviewing your account activity, it appears that you had requested access to your invoices, and were directed to your online customer portal for access to all invoices, current and historic. Regarding your account cancellation in December, I see this was initiated due to a slowdown in your business at this time of year and you again requested your invoices, we promptly processed your cancellation request and directed you to the customer portal to access and download all of your invoices. I am sorry to hear you feel some of our staff members have a poor attitude. We uphold the highest standards of professionalism and do not condone any unprofessional behavior among our team. While I have not found any instances of such conduct but please feel free to reach out with any additional information as soon as possible and I will investigate further. Kind regards, Natalie

Unprofessional & overcharge Over the past few months our company has used Pocket Receptionists call answering service. There have been multiple times where our calls have been handled very poorly by their representatives or not answered at all, even though we have paid extra for the “24/7” answering service. They also overcharged us at every opportunity possible. The on average rates we actually payed were around 3x advertised once they get you with all the “out of bundle extras”, penalties and add ons which they don't even notify you that you are incurring. In general the experience was not a good one and definitely not the sort of company I would recommend. Avoid!

I have reviewed your account and the feedback you have left us, and I can see that you have left a significant amount of positive feedback on your calls. We pride ourselves on our transparency and provide the opportunity to leave feedback on every call. When we first onboard a customer, we understand that it can take a bit of time to refine the call handling instructions to get them perfect, which is why we gave you free call recording for your first month. We openly encourage our customers to listen to their calls, especially over the first month, to help refine the call handling. I can see that you utilised this feature and provided us with some excellent feedback and suggestions for revisions on your notes. I have looked over your notes and I can see that when you signed up, you opted for our PR30 package under our 99p offer. As your call volumes were higher than you expected, you went over your call bundle. As a courtesy, we added a credit to your account to refund you for this cost and upgraded your package. We are sorry to see that you had to resort to leaving reviews when we have tried our very best to help resolve your queries.
