“Pocket Receptionist has been a game-changer for our restaurant we have seen an instant increase in our bookings. With a wide client base, many customers like to speak to someone on the phone and not just book online, older customers especially like to confirm their booking over a phone call. The pocket reception set-up process was simple and quick, they were taking our bookings within an hour of onboarding. Since starting the service bookings have increased significantly, we were surprised at how many bookings we had been missing during the mornings, and at busy times. Not many people leave a message or call back when we miss a call. The receptionists at PR are lovely, so polite and friendly. Their pleasant demeanour has made a positive impression on our callers and created a great first impression. I’m so pleased with the service; my only regret is that I didn't use them years ago. Highly recommended!”

“Good service been using them for years just be careful with their pricing model. You have 100 call package and then jumps to 500 with nothing inbetween and the rinse you on extra over calls. So you either pay aload more for the 500 package which you dont need that many or get hammered for going over your 100 call limit. I get why they do it every business wants to make money but its a bit of a crafty one and if I came across another company with a better deal I would switch. But they do offer a good service so wont complain at that.”

“From my perspective, because I'm very quick and very sharp, to not have any problems whilst being away for 2.5 weeks, I'm pretty happy. For the first time in 3 years I felt in control in terms of knowing everything in the business, I could look at the message and I understood it straight away. I am looking to extend my holiday cover and get these guys to handle all my calls . I'm very happy, there were no complaints, and it was seamless.”

“Calls that are not answered on our main phone line for whatever reason are passed on to these guys. They take a message and pass the details on to us so that we can deal with them when we are available again. Has stopped a lot of the noise. thank you”
