As a company, we are currently experiencing extraordinary growth so the current level of new receptionists and receptionists in training is at an all-time high but we will continue to work hard to improve our quality of service.

“It was fine until I said I wanted to cancel and it went from a 3-month minimum term contract to a 5-month min term contract. It felt like only because I have industry experience was I able to articulate the problem. They had to listen to the call and I was right. I my view they should have made leaving as easy as joining. Maybe I would have used them again when the cost justified it for my business, unfortunately right now it does not - BUt when it does I will be sure to look for cheaper alternatives based on the farewell.”

“Mostly the service offerd by Pocket is good but there has been occasional issues relating to the training of Staff on giving customers reassurence that thire call is being handled properly.”
