“Would like to give a big shout out of praise to all the p&o staff for there help and understanding for myself and my medical assistance dog while we was travelling from cairnryan to larne and my return was from larne to cairnyan ,I suffer with a terminal lung disease and server anxiety and depression, so making this journey was very difficult but it was truly amazing how the crew understood this and dealt with my concerns in the most professional manner but my top praise must go to the to lady's on the customer help desk who stood by my side and helped me to feel safe and comfortable at all times but when I said thank you for all you have done and her reply was its all part of their job but to me it was amazing how she made me feel but she didn't need the praise but she definitely did more than her job required my travel dates where 25,07,26 and return was 28,07,26 reference no is poo4xijfe169v I wish I could remember there names many thanks all round paul north and bella my assistants dog”
“After a terrible night in a local hotel and my scheduled crossing was not until 1345, I tried my luck for an earlier crossing outside the +/- 4hr window. I was greeted by a lovely lady: Emma who informed me it would be £60 to get the next crossing. One phone call later and she had sorted it for me. She went above and beyond to get me on the next crossing and carried out her duties with a smile! Thank you”
