“Description, pictures and videos are not accurate on website and misleading. The prawn holding the diamond in 360 video look different then on the static picture next to it. I called to confirm details and we’re given wrong information based on which I placed the purchase.
Return process was also very poor since you required me to pay for shipping after giving inaccurate information in the first place.
Then, my number got flagged as spam in your system and blocked after I call several times Customer Service to solve my issue- this is absolute inappropriate and unacceptable; I never experienced such poor service and quality ever.
So overall absolutely the worst, very poor customer service, product quality and experience. Wouldn’t even give one star. This is a ZERO star review.”
“Not only was this ring over 2 weeks late, it arrived with the right stone completely loose. I will have to find a local jewelry store to repair as I do not want to ship it back and deal with this company again. The band is so thin I am not sure this will hold up to daily wear. So disappointing as this was my dream anniversary ring.”

I got screwbacks on my diamond studs, and no Pearl studs. Now you want me to send back at my expense. Really??
