“My interaction with PoolSpot (Matt) has been excellent. I have purchased a few items from PoolSpot now (robot, filters, poolskim) - each and every time i have found Matt to be extremely helpful, friendly and he goes out of his way to help you make the right purchasing choice and provide the best service - he is also very knowledgeable and answers all questions clearly. “I found PoolSpot via an internet search and found a they offered a very personalized service. Matt came out to my place and advised on type of chlorinator I should purchase. When I purchased the chlorinator Matt and his father came out and installed it at a time that was convenient to me on a weekend. They also fixed a leaking sand filter in the process and offered advice on the type of pool cleaners that would suit my pool. Despite PoolSpot only having a presence on the internet I found that Matt offered much better customer service than I have ever received from any of my local pool shops and I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and PoolSpot to other customers.”

“Matt, was extremely helpful and patient...came to my house with the product as I hadn't been able to get a pool cleaner that worked with our unusual shaped pool...He stayed and demonstrated the cleaner without my feeling pressure from him to purchase...I highly recommend PoolSpot...(the CX20 Zodiac Pool Cleaner has been awesome by the way)”
