I purchased a new Zodiac TX30 Robotic Cleaner online from Poolspot. It broke 4 months later and two months on I am still waiting to get someone to fix it. No one seems to know what is going on. My pool is now a filthy mess and I still cant get any service on the broken cleaner. Very disappointing

Hi Susan, We sent you a lengthy email on the 13th of June detailing some steps to check on the unit. Once it was clear that there was something wrong with the unit we logged the issue with the manufacturer as they were in the best position to help you. We told you this at the time. Your claim that "no one seems to know what is going on" is simply unfounded. Unfortunately, there were some delays as there is a worldwide shortage of some components required to manufacture the motors. We're sorry if this was not communicated to you by us or the manufacturer. A local warranty agent was assigned to look at your unit and you received a brand new unit around the 9th of August due to the delay in getting parts, which I think is a pretty good outcome. When you first reported the issue on the 13th of June to when you received a new unit on approx 9th of August was longer than it should've taken, but it's less than the two months that you claim. Unfortunately, we don't get updates once we log the issue with the manufacturer. If you had contacted us we could have followed it up for you.

Good price but the most painful online order I have ever done. I wish they just told me they didn't want to deliver and I could have picked up but instead it took a week to send it and then the courier misplaced one of the boxes and it took another week to find these missing box and deliver that. Sorry it was a good price but just say no to delivery on future.

Hi Michael, Your claim that it took a week to send it and that we did not want to deliver is simply untrue. We ordered the products in that you asked for and we phoned you to say it had come in. You didn't phone back for several days later as you were away. The order was despatched 2 days after we received your payment. It's unfortunate that the delivery was delayed and one of the parcels was temporarily lost, but that is out of our control. Behind the scences, I contacted Toll several times to try to resolve the issue. It is unreasonable to expect express delivery of a 100kg consignment for $10. Granted, it shouldn't have taken as long as it did, but that was unfortunately out of our control.
