“A very professional and easy to deal with business. They were very keen to ensure I was purchasing the right pump for my pool. They provided excellent customer service and very very helpful in every aspect of my purchase including confirming the pump would fit my existing plumbing. The pump was very easy to set up and operate and is doing a great job - hopefully I will also realise the cost savings once it has been operating for a few months. The best thing about my entire experience was their price. $400 less than I was quoted by my local pool shop - and they wonder why I won't shop locally. Great customer service and attention to detail. Their online store and ordering is also first rate. Hassle free shopping at its best. I was very impressed with their shipping price and time. I wasn't ripped off for delivery - a very low shipping cost of $10. Another reason I will be a return customer. Shipping was quick only taking 2 days from placing of my order to arrival in regional Central Queensland.”
