Trying to get a refund of an order that was returned took weeks and about 20 back and fourth emails with the company. Items are good but over all customer service was very poor. I would not order from here again.”

“Sizing is confusing. We bought ladies pyjamas which we thought XL translated to size 18 and when they arrived it was size 22. We have posted as a return and requested size 18. Now we just hope it arrived in time.”
