So then had to send it back which was a waste of my time and yours . I except it was my fault for ordering 2 . The item was great .response time slow”

“Would really like to give it 5 stars as the delivery is great and t shirts even better but ordered wrong size my mistake emailed customer services right away to either cancel order or rectify sizing, but was sent the original order and only got an email 48hrs later to say they couldn't change it as its already been dispatched. Postage to send it back would be quater of what I paid for t shirt so will just keep it and give it away.”

“Chose to order Xmas jumper after receiving email advertising for Xmas Jumper Day - really disappointed to then not receive as was sent on a 48hr despatch service! No option to fast track but assumed as Popgear were proactively advertising for the event and me ordering instantly on receiving mail they would at least make sure orders were sent via a service that would actually arrive on time! Product is great, just the service a let down. Oh well least I have jumper ready in good time for 2022!!”

“My product came really fast, and it looks great but I wouldn’t have ordered if their wasn’t a sale on. £50 at full price for a jumper is crazy to me. There’s no way I would pay that. I appreciate the designs are fab and unique but the pricing is mad.”

“I received the wrong size item, was advised after several emails to return it for an exchange. Returned it and received a refund, which was not what I was told I would receive. The item itself was good quality.”
Hi Lucy I am sorry you were unhappy with the refund.
As explained though in my emails, as your item was returned it was faster for you to receive a refund and then have a fully tracked item reordered simply on the website as you had done previously.
To wait for the return to get to us and checked could take up to a week, I refunded you within a day so you could have the item you wanted in the size you preferred in a more timely fashion.
Again I apologise if this was not the right decision or the best solution for you.

There are many different garments here at Popgear so each size guide is careful added on the images to avoid confusion.
