“Great service, wonderful toys and lovely people to deal with”

“Poppets have really impressed us. Not only did they have exactly what I needed but the pricing was competitive and the service amazing. When I initially received the wrong item (which would have ordinarily been fine as it was only slightly different to the Jellycat rabbit I had ordered) I told them how important it was for my little girl to receive a specific rabbit from Father Christmas and without any hesitation they posted another out and made sure it arrived in time. I know she will be delighted. My son will also be thrilled with his Jellycat “poppet dog” - they are beautiful toys and I’m sure the children will be very thankful to Father Christmas, I can’t wait for them to see them! Thank you Poppets.”

“Poppets were so prompt they seemed to send my order almost before they'd received it. It was carefully packed so it wouldn't be damaged (it was a rather large, flexible item) The product, a Melissa and Doug Habitats reusable sticker book is a great item, much used by all the children I have given it to, but not always readily available. Thanks to Poppets for stocking this. In summary, great service, great product. Thank you, Poppets.”
