"Tiles received on time and even managed next day delivery during lockdown. The quality of the tile is excellent so much so we have used 6 different tile styles all from Porcelain Superstore in our house.\r\n\r\nThank you. "

"I was absolutely delighted with the tiles I bought from Porcelain Superstore (Crackle Spring Green) which I selected after receiving a free sample. I was not happy when I was told the entire stock did not pass quality control and more had to be ordered, taking an further two weeks. To their credit, the company kept me well informed and the work on my new kitchen wasn't held up. The end result is magnificent."

“After finding these lovely Italian patterned tiles on-line we were a bit worried about using an unknown new Company up North BUT what a wonderful surprise! The tiles are fantastic and the service was excellent-good quick delivery and helpful sales team.The tiles were easy to lay-the tiler loved them and they have been much admired by all the visitors to our Georgian town house down South! “Beautiful tiles, arrived soon after my order was placed. I did need to communicate with the company as there were some broken tiles. (They use a 3rd party delivery company) They responded very quickly and have sorted a refund out, overall great customer relations and the tiles look fabulous. I wasn't able to get thes particular ones anywhere else. Definitely recommend. Many thanks again!”
