Poor customer service, misleading information about product.(said item was in stock and ready to ship but was not in stock until 2 weeks later). I even rang to confirm that item was in stock before i placed the order and was told it was and would be shipped within 24hrs of order being placed.

Do not recommend this company whatsoever. Zero communication from them when one of the boxes of beer I had ordered was broken in transit. Had tried to contact them on multiple occasions to work out next steps and had never received a response. This isn't the first time they've been highly unprofessional with zero care factor. When I previously ordered from them they didn't notify me that the stock I had ordered was on pre-order and it took for me to follow up the shipping weeks later for them to finally let me know they were waiting on stock, again after multiple attempts to contact them Don't waste your time with this company or if you have to, at least purchase through a third party for refund claim protection as we had thank goodness, we'd be out of pocket otherwise.

I ordered a bulk quantity (x40) of the Seoul tonic for personal use over time. I have just received it and they all expire in 3 months time - very unimpressed, how can I use 40 of these tonics in 12 weeks. I would expect better quality control

Ordered a case of Ara Single Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2023 on 29/05/2024. There was no sign of when order was fulfilled. I tried calling Duncan Else twice and e-mailed for further details. No response. He finally returned my call 13/06/2024. Delivery expected next week! The delay in delivery of wine and lack of customer support is most disappointing. I will not be ordering any more wine from Porters.

Spent $400 on a bottle of champagne and there was no gift box, which every bottle of Dom that I bought previously has arrived in. Super disappointing to gift this without the box.

Hi Anonymous, You bought it without a gift box as this product isn't listed with one. Dom Perignon provides 2 different types of products. 1 with a gift box, and 1 without a gift box. If you bought the listing 2012 Dom Perignon, the only ones we had remaining were with a gift box. https://porterslux.com.au/products/dom-perignon-brut-vintage-2012 If we had a gift box to give you, we would always prefer to send it with one, than without one, given the price tag of $350.00.

After waiting 3 weeks for my wine to be delivered and an email from Australia Post informing me it’s delayed I still have yet to get a response from Porters Lux after twice trying to contact them - absolutely no customer service won’t buy again
