“Was easy to shop and delivery was fast - thank you. Only comment I would make is that just a few days later you offered 10% off the same bottle. I am not sure why that was not offered to me as a new customer to begin with, frankly it was off putting to the extent I would likely not shop with you again. regards, Phill”

“Whilst I was delivered the wrong products and had to use them for out party. I have been sent 3 new bottles free of charge and the customer resolutions/service team was very good in handling my complaint. Thank you.”
