Just a little disappointing to know I spent £45 only to get a small notebook, a tiny purse and a keyring. I felt like I'd wasted a lot of money, made me not want to buy another Box.

Sweet item and post boxable gifts are a lovely idea - but arrived very late. It made it to my friend this morning (Tuesday 11th) having been ordered on Monday 3rd. Much longer than the 1 to 2 days advertised and completely missed the particular life moment I'd ordered it for. Sadly disappointed.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your gift arrived so late. It was ordered in the afternoon on the 3rd and sent out first thing on the 4th, First Class with the Royal Mail. This means that it should have arrived within the 1-2 working days. Sometimes the Royal Mail experience delays but this sounds like it took very long so we will look into what happened. For now, I have refunded your postage and packaging as an apology from us and will keep you updated.

Helpful and quick on email but my parcel did not arrive. I called the hotel which I had had the parcel delivered too numerous times and spoke to the manager who informed me that no parcel had arrived. Lost in post or pilfered by the hotel - who knows! :(

The item was delivered before the date requested and without a gift note which I had added on the site when I made the order.

Dear Claire, Thank you for your feedback. With regards to the note, if you check your order confirmation email you will see that you didn't add a gift note to your order. I noticed this when I saw your order and, realising that the gift was being sent straight to a recipient, emailed you and asked if you would like to have a gift note added. Unfortunately I didn't receive a reply from you. I have emailed you now just to check our emails are getting through, in case there is something wrong on our end. I am sorry that the gift was delivered early. We just checked and it was shipped from us, First Class with the Royal Mail, on the Friday and you requested it to arrive on the Monday. We worry about Saturday deliveries in some areas but will do some more research into this and be clearer next time. We appreciate all feedback, negative or positive, so will go back and have a look at the page where a note can be added and check that the information given is as clear as possible. Best wishes, Liza
